Due to the nature of hair products and hygiene standards, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on hair extensions, wigs, closures, frontals, or other hair products.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

Returned Packages

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or unclaimed packages may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.
